Organized by the Football Club of Pont-l'Abbé (FCP) in collaboration with the Bigouden Athletics Club (CAB), this event promises to offer a unique perspective on one of Brittany's most charming coastal towns.
The Urban Trail de Pont-l'Abbé is more than just an athletic challenge; it’s also a charitable endeavor. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Entraide Cancer Finistère and the Young Firefighters of Pont-l'Abbé, supporting their vital work in the community.
Participants can choose from three different events tailored to all ages:
- La P'tite Marche: A leisurely 5 km walk starting at 6:30 PM. Tickets cost €5 plus a nominal service fee.

- Le Grand Bigouden: For those seeking more distance, this 10 km run offers two laps around the town's scenic routes and landmarks. The race begins promptly at 7:30 PM with an entry fee of €12 including fees.
- Le P'tit Bigouden: A fun-filled 5 km route designed for younger participants starting just after Le Grand Bigouden, at 7:45 PM. Entry is priced at €8 plus a small service charge.
All routes take runners through the heart of Pont-l'Abbé, featuring narrow streets, historic staircases, picturesque quaysides, and iconic landmarks that will be open exclusively for this event. Music performances along the way keep spirits high as participants enjoy live entertainment throughout their journey.
This year’s edition focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere rather than competitive racing, with no official timing or rankings recorded to encourage participation over performance. The evening culminates in an array of festivities at Bois Saint-Laurent where concerts and DJs provide continuous music while food stalls and bars offer refreshments well into the night until midnight.
