Nestled within the picturesque Washburn Valley, part of the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Swinsty Reservoir offers runners an idyllic setting for a challenging yet accessible race. The event features two distances: approximately 5 kilometers and 10 kilometers, each offering runners the chance to enjoy the serene surroundings while navigating mostly level ground. The course includes sections on accessible paths, stretches along a road, and brief segments through flat dirt tracks.
