Woodland Walk & Run returns on Saturday, October 3, 2026, to Morrison Dam Conservation Area in Exeter, Ontario. This year marks an exciting chapter for the beloved community tradition, which now goes by Woodland Walk & Run while still supporting Rural Response for Healthy Children.
Participants can choose between a scenic 2km walk or a challenging yet rewarding 5km run through the picturesque trails of Morrison Dam Conservation Area. The event offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy nature and support local families in need.
Rural Response for Healthy Children, the beneficiary organization, works tirelessly to provide essential programs and services that help create positive environments where children can thrive. This includes offering positive parenting education, supporting families during life transitions or challenging times, and promoting healthy living initiatives.
Whether you're a seasoned runner looking for a scenic route or someone who enjoys leisurely walks with friends and family, Woodland Walk & Run has an experience tailored just for you. The event welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities to come together in support of a great cause.
For those registering individually, simply select the appropriate category during registration—either 2km walk or 5km run—and enjoy automatic discounts at checkout if you're under 18 years old. Families can also save by selecting the Family option when registering three to eight members (including at least one adult) in a single transaction.
