About the Event
Experience the vibrant energy and fierce competition at the 2026 ACA Tuesday Criterium Series, held every Tuesday night in Pittsburgh. This unique series offers racers multiple opportunities to hone their skills on challenging urban courses designed for both seasoned cyclists and newcomers. The inaugural race welcomes Women's categories 1 through 5, setting a strong foundation for competitive racing. The second event focuses on NonBinary categories 4 and 5, encouraging inclusivity and diversity in the cycling community. For those new to racing or looking to build their experience, women in categories 4 and 5 are encouraged to participate here as well as during Women's Category 1-5 races. The third race brings Men’s categories 1 through 3 to the fore, ensuring a balanced mix of competition across all gender identities. A notable change this year is that the second race will now cost $15 for entry, making it more accessible while maintaining competitive integrity. For those new to ACA racing or seeking a discount on multiple entries, joining as an ACA member before registration offers a $5 savings per event. Additionally, supporting local cycling by becoming a member also helps boost Pittsburgh's thriving racing scene. Junior racers under 18 can enjoy the benefit of free USAC licenses if they are beginners. However, to participate in all races within this series, it is recommended to obtain an annual USA Cycling license for more consistent and comprehensive coverage. For those just starting out or needing a one-day pass, the USAC One Day License Form ensures safety and compliance. Parents or guardians must sign off on forms for minors participating, ensuring everyone's well-being during these exciting races. With fields of 20+ racers expected in each event, you can anticipate thrilling finishes and increased payouts to top five finishers, adding an extra layer of excitement as the series progresses. Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to racing, the ACA Tuesday Criterium Series promises an unparalleled experience, fostering growth, camaraderie, and friendly competition among cyclists from all backgrounds.

About Pittsburgh
Learn more about the host city, Pittsburgh.
The pleasure of Pittsburgh remains a well-kept secret. Though not built up by reputation, the city's unique combination of bridges, steep hills, and broad rivers make it one of the most naturally scenic cities in the country. Cheap food and beer abound in this true sports town and the locals are amazingly friendly. A city of about 303,000 (2021) in Allegheny County, at the center of a metro area of about 2.4 million in southwestern Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh is situated at the confluence of three rivers: the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers, which meet to form the Ohio River. The city's unique terrain has resulted in an unusual city design and a hodge-podge of unique neighborhood "pockets" with diverse ethnic and architectural heritage. Pittsburgh has a rich history and, for its size, an unusual array of cultural treasures, largely thanks to the wealth that was generated when Pittsburgh was a hub of industry.
