This block offers five weeks of structured sessions designed for all skill levels and ages, ensuring runners are well-prepared for their final challenge. Training dates include Saturdays from August 22nd through September 26th (with no session on September 12th). Each week's training is scheduled between 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM. Sessions cater specifically to different age groups: - Non-Competitive Training for Ages 5-8: Two separate groups, each with up to 32 spaces. - Non-Competitive Training for Ages 9-12: Another two groups accommodating a total of 64 participants. - Teens and Adults Non Competitive: A single group limited to 16 spots. For those seeking more intensive competitive training, please contact gavin@fitbodyfarm.com directly. The Fit Body Farm 3k event on October 3rd is open for fun runners aged five years plus and welcomes competitive participants from ten years up. All finishers will receive a medal, with special prizes awarded in various age categories. To participate in the non-competitive race wave at 10:00 AM or any of the competitive heats that follow (including podium presentations), all children between ages 5 to 8 must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of one adult per three kids. The event schedule on October 3rd includes: - Open Wave for All Ages: Starts promptly at 10:00 AM. - Competitive heats and practice sessions from 10:45 AM onwards, with specific times designated for different age groups and genders. Costs are as follows: - For the non-competitive event (including training block): £45.00 for ages 5 to 17 years (£15 savings), and £55.00 for adults (£15 savings). - Competitive entry costs: £60.00 for ages 10 to 17 years (£15 savings) and £75.00 for adults (£15 savings). Participants completing the training block receive a significant discount on event fees, making it an attractive package deal. Fit Body Farm has been recognized as the best obstacle facility in the UK for two consecutive years, offering unparalleled value with its pricing structure compared to other similar centers that often charge upwards of £25 per session. Full members enjoy additional benefits like a 50% discount on event fees (excluding Hyrox members). Spaces are limited and tend to fill up quickly following summer camp activities. Priority enrollment is given to those who sign up for the full training block. For individuals unable to commit to the entire coaching program but interested in participating in either the non-competitive or competitive races, single session rates of £8 (for ages 5-17) and £10 (adults) apply on a first-come, first-served basis.
