On Monday evening, June 29th, get ready for an exciting FREE KOS Learn to Tri Clinic designed specifically for young triathletes. The clinic will kick off at 5:00 pm for participants aged 7 and under, with the session for those aged 8 and up following at 6:00 pm. Arrive early—aiming for a ten-to-fifteen-minute buffer—to ensure you're well-prepared by the start time. Remember to bring along an adult companion; safety is our top priority. This clinic offers a fantastic chance for budding triathletes to gain confidence and prepare for race day. You'll learn essential skills such as setting up your transition area, organizing gear, and navigating the course smoothly under expert guidance from Nancy Ripley, a seasoned triathlete, and Triathlon PEI Summer Students. These instructors will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and provide valuable tips to help ease your way into this exciting sport. To fully benefit from today’s clinic, please bring along a bag containing running shoes, socks, a water bottle, helmet, t-shirt, and towel. Don't worry about bringing swim gear or a bike; these will not be required for the session. Whether you're new to triathlon or just looking to enhance your skills, this clinic promises an engaging experience that’s both fun and educational. Join us at 5:00 pm if you’re aged 7 and under, or wait until 6:00 pm for those who are 8 years old and above—let's make the most of this opportunity together!
