Rosemullion 10k

The Roasmullion 10K, part of Cornwall's Multi Terrain Race Series, invites runners to explore the picturesque landscapes around Mawnan Smith. Set against the backdrop of Carwinion Playing Field on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, this race offers a scenic journey along local footpaths and tracks that wind through fields, country lanes, and the stunning coast path near Rosemullion Head.
Participants will start their adventure at 10:00 AM from Carwinion Playing Field on Carwinion Road. The route takes them past the entrance of the Helford River, providing breathtaking views throughout the course. With a cut-off time set for one hour and forty-five minutes, runners have ample time to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding them.
Registration opens at 8:30 AM and closes promptly at 9:45 AM, with a brief race briefing scheduled for 9:50 AM. All finishers will receive both a medal and a memento as tokens of their achievement, while top male and female runners across the overall standings and various age categories (under 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74) will be awarded prizes.
Race day information, including detailed parking instructions and venue amenities, will be communicated via email about a week before the event. Updates will also be posted on the official Rosemullion 10K Facebook page to keep participants informed of any changes or additional details leading up to race day.
With a capacity limited to 250 runners aged sixteen years and older, this race promises an intimate setting where every participant can fully immerse themselves in the beauty and challenge of Cornwall’s countryside.
